Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all lifestyle-related requests with discretion and efficiency.
Curate bespoke experiences, including travel itineraries including private jets & yachts, dining reservations, wellness programs, and luxury shopping.
Maintain a network of premium service providers, vendors, and partners to Fulfill client needs.
Coordinate logistics for events, appointments, and personal engagements.
Anticipate client preferences and proactively offer tailored recommendations.
Ensure confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of service etiquette.
Handle urgent or last-minute requests with agility and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of client preferences, history, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, admin, security, transport) to ensure smooth execution of services.
Strong network within Dubai’s luxury, wellness, and entertainment sectors.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
On-call availability for urgent client needs.
Office-based with frequent external coordination.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
10 years with the UHNWI / VVIP family
luxury hospitality, concierge, or lifestyle management
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
