Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property sales specialists to deliver consistent performance and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Oversee sales operations including lead management, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.

Drive the development of effective sales processes and tools in coordination with marketing and CRM departments to maximize conversion rates.

Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that align with sales objectives.

Ensure effective management of client pipelines, sales forecasts, and reporting to senior management.

Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to promote brand visibility and client engagement.

Implement training and performance development programs to build a motivated and professional sales team.

Maintain compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

7–10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the UAE property market.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably within a developer sales environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build, train, and motivate a performance-driven team.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, property trends, and client preferences.

Fluency in English is required; bilingual preferred

Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
