Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to drive property sales and maintain strong client relationships for off-plan real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with developers and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Convert leads into clients through effective follow-ups and relationship building.

Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiate deals.

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
