Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handling Design Basis, Scope of work, Construction Specification, Technical Specifications, and data sheet of equipment & materials. SME & Preparation of MR & TBE for major electrical equipment’s (GIS, RCP, Power Transformer, MV SWGR, LV SWGR, MCC, SAS, PSA system)

Preparation of project schedules & allocation of available resources for assigned projects/tasks. Coordination with other involved discipline during preparation of FEED & detailed design activities.

Leading the design progress review meeting with PM in weekly basis to forecast the design progress of the project. Continuous Monitoring of Overall progress of project by preparing weekly progress report.

To involve the subordinates completely for the assigned tasks and continuous follow-up with subordinates for timely deliverable of the assigned tasks. Controlling & monitoring the Overall design MHs of the project.

Skilled in providing technical support to project and site Engineers for execution of works, which required quality & safety and resolve technical problems.

Excellent in relationship management, analysis, negotiation, and coordination with

other engineering discipline teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Well-versed in engineering standards of SAUDI ARAMCO (SAES, SAMSS & SAEP), National Grid - Saudi Arabia (NGSA) / Saudi electricity company (SEC), SATORP (JERES & JERMSS), & BMPS. Also, expert in various international standards such as ANSI, IEC, IEEE & etc.,

Load flow studies, short circuit analysis, relay setting co-ordination (TCC), motor starting analysis, Arc flash studies, and power factor correction by using ETAP software.

Responsible as lead protection engineer/senior electrical engineer for conceptual design, relay co-ordination study and relay setting calculation, control & protection systems. Configuring, modification of logics in all kinds of Numerical Relays.
