Job Description

Strategic Contribution

• Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations to deliver Nadec vision and mission.

• Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy

 

Budgeting

Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.

 

Core Accountabilities

 

·       Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region.

·       Support in the monitoring and controlling of the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.

·       Generate the sales of the company products in the region through a team of salesmen to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.

·       Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the region.

·       Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales in the region.

·       Support in the developing and maintaining of an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.

·       Implement all sales administration procedures relating to the region to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.

·       Oversee and follow up with the supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules, provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer.

·       Communicate with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing is available in the region to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region. 

                                               

Policies, System, Processes and Procedures

·       Manage the development and implementation of the Engineering policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas for improvement, to ensure efficient and effective operation.

·       Compliance Adherance: Ensure Employees understand and follow Nadec’s compliance policies and legal obligations, act with integrity, report any violations, participate in training, and support audits or investigations to ensure ethical and compliant operations.

Change Management

·       Motivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering best practices.

Ensure that all departmental reports and statements are completed timely and comply with local and international principles of governance and the organization's policies and standards.

 

§  JOB CONTEXT

Regional Sales Mgr. (RSM) will be located in Nadec Offices and will travel to other Nadec Locations as per business needs.

§  QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Education and Certifications

 

Bachelor's degree in any subject with a certificate in Sales Management.

 

Experience:

·       5-7 years of sales experience including 4 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry.

·       Knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.

Skills:

·       Good communication skills in English and Arabic
