Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives in the facilities services sector. The ideal candidate will currently hold a senior leadership role—such as Project Director, Business Development Manager, or an equivalent position—with a proven record of securing high-value contracts.
This role focuses on developing and managing long-term relationships with semi-government and Private organizations across key sectors including electricity, water, airports, and PIF-affiliated entities. The successful candidate will champion integrated solutions across cleaning, operations & maintenance, and hospitality services.
