Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and acquire new merchant partners, with a strong focus on F&B and retail sectors.

Drive adoption of TOTL’s integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty solutions among merchants.

Develop and execute go-to-market plans for joint offerings with PSP partners.

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders — merchants, payment providers, and technology partners.

Negotiate commercial terms and close long-term agreements (2–3 years) with merchants.

Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback to the leadership team.

Stay informed on market trends in fintech, loyalty, and merchant services to guide strategy and innovation.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors (offline).

Experience in online or e-commerce businesses will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil is preferred.

Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within fintech, PSP, or SaaS sectors.

Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, digital payments, and loyalty programs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams.
