Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Ensuring strong communication and trust.

Develop deep understanding of clients’ business models, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Ensure constant follow ups and meetings to ensure the most effective partnership.

Service Delivery & Support

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure client deliverables are met.

Oversee onboarding and implementation processes for new partners.

Address issues or escalations promptly to maintain a high level of service quality.

Always ensure that you are there to support our partner. 

Strategic Insights & Reporting

Track and analyze client performance metrics, usage data, and satisfaction KPIs.

Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product improvements and customer strategies.

Prepare partner reports, presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3–7 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

Experience with CRM tool Salesforce
