Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets and deliver premium service.

Ensure the showroom reflects brand standards in visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.

Build strong client relationships and support high-value sales, including custom or design-driven projects.

Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory control, reporting, and compliance.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and discretion.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams on events, promotions, and client outreach.

Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skills

3–6+ years of retail management experience, in luxury furniture, home décor, or premium lifestyle brands.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-service skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and manage a high-performing team.

Understanding of interior design principles is a plus.

Proficiency with POS systems, CRM tools, and inventory management.
