Job Description
Responsibilities:
Implementation of day-to-day activities in assigned section for preparation of food items to outlets and functions to improve productivity and quality.
Assist Chef De partie of the section
To ensure achievement of financial objectives of the Section.
Ensures implementation of cost control and cost reduction measures on continuous basis.
To achieve maximum utilization of material, equipment, and staff for quality of food.
Maintain professional relationship with guests to ensure a prompt and good standard of service
Receives suggestions and cascade the same to line supervisors.
To maintain good morale, teamwork, and communication within the team.
Train and assist the team to ensure maximization of productivity.
Required Skills
1-2 years’ work experience in Five Star hotels.
1 year work experience in Five Star Hotel Apprenticeship
Good Level of English
Basic Food Hygiene and safety/HACCP
Good human relation skills.
