Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives.
Provide executive leadership with regular financial analytics, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
Oversee internal financial controls, audits, and compliance with local and international standards.
Lead billing, insurance claims, coding oversight, reimbursement, and collections to maximize revenue integrity.
Monitor financial indicators, cash flow stability, and service profitability.
Manage capital planning, investments in clinical equipment, and infrastructure .
Implement cost-optimization initiatives and supply chain collaboration to reduce waste and operational costs.
Ensure appropriate financial feasibility studies before launching new services or partnerships.
Lead HIS financial module implementation, automation of financial processes, and system accuracy validation.
Establish dashboards for financial KPIs to enable data-driven executive decisions.
Present monthly and quarterly financial performance to the GM and ownership.
Support procurement strategy, vendor negotiations, and contract financial assessments.
Ensure transparency and alignment with hospital leadership on resource allocation.
Required Skills
Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business.
Minimum 7–10 years of healthcare financial management experience including supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations within hospitals.
