1-Minimum Qualification:
- 8 Years of KSA Experience in Fire Protection, Detection System,
- Well conversant with all types of engineered fire fighting systems including foam gas and sprinkler system, and fire alarm system.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
- Should have KSA Driver's license
- Good Knowledge of NFPA standards and procedures
- Fire Pumps weekly and Annual performance test as per NFPA Standards
- FM-200/Suppression systems Functional test
- Fire alarm system Functional test
- Sprinkler and deluge systems Functional test
- Verbal and email communication with client
- Recommendations to client for system enhancement
- Installing fire alarm systems, including control panels, detectors, alarms, and other associated components. ,conduit bending ,device termination ,troubleshooting of Fire alarm devices, drawings reading. Having knowledge about fire alarm devices, must be know what the use of multimeter are. how to conduct megger test.
- Regular Maintenance:
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of fire alarm systems to ensure they are working properly. Must be know the frequencies of all Fire alarm equipment’s. Good knowledge in troubleshooting. Diagnosing faults or malfunctions in fire alarm systems ,Cleaning and replacing parts of the fire alarm system as needed, such as batteries, sensors, and detectors.
- Properly documents maintaining :
- maintenance, inspections, and repairs records.
- Installation and Maintenance of Fire Safety Equipment
- Install fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Maintain Equipment: Conduct regular maintenance, testing, and inspection of fire alarms, sprinklers, hoses, and extinguishers to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Repair Systems: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning fire protection equipment to maintain safety standards.
- Install upgrades to existing systems in accordance with current fire safety regulations and standards.
- Inspection and Testing
- Perform routine checks and inspections of fire detection, suppression, and safety systems in buildings or facilities.
- Testing of Fire Systems: Test the performance of fire suppression systems, alarms, and emergency equipment to ensure they meet safety regulation
- Documentation and Reporting
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on fire safety system performance and compliance with local regulations.
