Job Description

Required Dermatology Nurses who can assists dermatologists with patient care, procedures, and education, focusing on skin health by assessing conditions, administering treatments (like lasers, peels, injections), performing wound care, conducting skin tests, and teaching patients proper skincare, all while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Care :- Conduct skin assessments, monitor patient history, record observations, and provide supportive care, addressing anxiety about chronic conditions.
Treatment Assistance: Help with procedures such as laser therapy, chemical peels, cryotherapy, biopsies, injections (like Botox), and skin cancer removal.
Patient Education: Explain skin conditions, treatment plans, medication use, sun protection, and long-term skincare management.
Wound & Post-Op Care :- Perform wound care for burns, ulcers, and skin tears, and provide pre- and post-operative care for surgeries.
Assist with skin testing (patch tests, cultures) and record/explain results.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Clinic Operations: Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Min 2 years of experience with at least dataflow completed or prometric ready, preference will be given to those with QHCP.
