Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of waiters and service staff

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards

Welcome and assist guests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Take orders when required and ensure timely and accurate service

Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations

Train, guide, and motivate service staff

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Assist in inventory control and minimize wastage
Requirements:

Proven experience as an F&B Captain or Senior Waiter

Good communication and leadership skills

Strong customer service orientation
-
Knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette

Ability to work under pressure and in a team
-
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
