Job Description
Recruiting a Clinical Psychologist (General Adult / Holistic setting, Part Time), to be based in a modern clinic facility in an excellent busy Dubai location.

Role: Clinical Psychologist (General Adult).
Hours: Part Time 3 days per week, flexible days and hrs.

Summary: Diagnose and treat individuals suffering from psychological distress. Develop treatment and prevention plans. Provide psychological treatment. Administer and interpret psychological assessment and testing. Conduct psychological research.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MUST have at least 5 yrs relevant experience in a Clinic / Out Patient setting, treating general Adult.
- MUST hold DHA license or eligibility.
- MUST have excellent English language communication. *(Arabic is an advantage).
- IDEALLY already locally based in UAE with residency Visa.
- Must be able to join within 2 months.
Primary Responsibility:
- Assessing and diagnosing abilities or behaviour by conducting a clinical assessment, interviews, liaison with families or cares and applying psychometric tests
- Applying and interpreting standardized assessment scales or measures, and preparing comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessment reports.
- Providing appropriate therapy based on the individual needs.
- Leading group therapy of different age groups and levels of functioning.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Working with outside organisations to provide recommendations and advice regarding individual needs based on the outcome of the assessments.
- Supervising support staff assisting in psychological assessment and intervention.
- Attending educational events such as conferences, and training seminars as required.
