Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EV charging stations for fleet vehicles

• Ensure vehicles are charged as per operational schedules and route requirements

• Connect and disconnect charging equipment safely and correctly

• Monitor charging status, battery levels, and report any faults or abnormalities

• Perform basic inspections of charging equipment and report maintenance issues

• Maintain accurate records of charging times, energy usage, and vehicle status

• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and compliance guidelines at all times

• Coordinate with fleet supervisors and maintenance teams for charging plans

• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of charging areas

• Support shift-based operations, including night or rotational shifts if required

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic understanding of electrical safety (EV experience preferred)

• Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or EV charging is an advantage

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
