Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

  • Assist with office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, scanning, and filing

  • Support administrative staff with basic clerical tasks as required

  • Ensure pantry supplies, stationery, and office consumables are well stocked

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers

  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging office events

  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs to the concerned department

  • Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
