Job Description
Responsibilities:
Registration of KAOUN as suppliers which involves coordination with client, providing relevant documents and upload information on client’s portal
Coordinate collection, preparation, submission, and follow-up of all required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Track registration status, proactively follow up with clients, and resolve queries to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain an up-to-date database
Client & Internal Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for administrative and registration-related client enquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise closely with sales, finance, operations, and service providers to ensure smooth information flow and operational readiness.
Escalate issues where required and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
General Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance as required, including document control, filing, coordination, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the department’s objectives.
Required Skills
Strong administrative background.
Good coordination skills
Ability to upload documents accurately for registration and approval.
