Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise complete construction activities for Basement, G+4, and G+8 buildings

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams

Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with local authority regulations

Ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi Municipality and local authority requirements

Review project schedules, method statements, and construction plans

Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently on site

Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to senior management

Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and site safety standards

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent

8–12 years of experience in building construction only

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Abu Dhabi projects

Proven experience handling Basement, G+4, and G+8 structures

Must have a contracting company background (consultancy experience will not be considered)

Arabic language proficiency preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Age range: 30–37 years
