Job Description
Responsibilities:
Coordinate effectively between HQ, clients, mills, and garment factories in Asia
Manage the full administrative process from style creation and order entry to handover to logistics
Maintain order follow-up and oversee the full product lifecycle from sampling to shipment
Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders
Prepare and update production and tracking reports accurately
Support issue-solving and ensure on-time deliveries
Required Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills, with great attention to detail
Experience with ERP / PLM systems and Microsoft Office
Team player with strong accountability and interpersonal skills
Experience in project coordination or operations (manufacturing experience is a plus, not required)
Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment
Excellent verbal and written English
