Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate exhibitors stand services, ensuring timely delivery and setup of ordered items such as furniture and AV equipment, etc.

Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.

Manage orders through the Event Plus portal and ensure accurate documentation of client requests.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of exhibitor requirements.

Update systems (EBMS,CRM, & digital signage) promptly and accurately to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet the targeted customer satisfaction ratings by collaborating with clients, delivery departments and support departments.

Provide clear communication on pricing, service options, and deadlines to clients.

Gather exhibitor feedback to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.

Prepare detailed reports on service utilization and client satisfaction post-event.

Support the Event Plus team in resolving operational challenges and maintaining high service standards.
