Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our business growth across KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and distributors.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in KSA market
    • Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services
    • Driving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners to grow the Sales for Home Appliances category
    • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction
    • Manage key account’s sell-out and stock in a predetermined level and take necessary actions.
    • Liaising with various departments for Sales, marketing, Logistics, Finance etc.
    • Ensuring that company products or services are represented accurately in advertising and marketing materials
    • Communicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance
    • Providing leadership, training, and motivation to the team to help them meet their goals

  • 8 Plus years of extensive sales management experience within Home Appliances/ Consumer electronics industry in KSA
  • Excellent KSA market knowledge
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience developing and managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Excellent communication, nesentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
