Job Description
Recruiting for x3 Psychologists (Clinical or Counselling) for a well established market leading clinic within the Mental Health & Wellness arena, with several branches at various locations throughout Dubai.

Role: Psychologist (Clinical or Counselling).
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Hours: 5 days per week, Sun to Thurs, 40 hrs total includes 25 clinical Hrs, flexible timings to suit.
Salary & Benefits: On Target Earnings of AED +50,000 with full caseload of 25 patient per week. With Introductory Fixed basic salary up to 30,000 for 3 months, then reverting to 50% revenue share when you have a fully established caseload, + Standard UAE benefits. Summary: Diagnose and treat individuals suffering from psychological distress. Develop treatment and prevention plans. Provide psychological treatment. Administer and interpret psychological assessment and testing. Conduct psychological research.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MUST have at least 5 yrs relevant experience (ideally in Dubai) in a Clinic / Out Patient setting, specializing in Family Treatments.
- IDEALLY with experience working internationally.
- With qualifications from internationally recognised institutions.
- MUST hold DHA or CDA license or eligibility.
- MUST have excellent communication and English language skills.
- IDEALLY already locally based in UAE with residency Visa.
- Overseas based candidates will be considered for International relocation.
- Must be able to join within 3 months.
Primary Responsibility:
- Assessing and diagnosing abilities or behaviour by conducting a clinical assessment, interviews, liaison with families or cares and applying psychometric tests
- Applying and interpreting standardized assessment scales or measures, and preparing comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessment reports.
- Providing appropriate therapy based on the individual needs.
- Leading group therapy of different age groups and levels of functioning.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside, Psychiatrists, family therapist, Social Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse, Developmental Pediatricians, and Teachers.
- Working with outside organisations to provide recommendations and advice regarding individual needs based on the outcome of the assessments.
- Supervising support staff assisting in psychological assessment and intervention.
- Attending educational events such as conferences, and training seminars as required.
