Job Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily gym operations in line with contract and Client standards
Equipment functionality & preventive maintenance
Health & safety compliance
Multipurpose room scheduling and utilization
Conduct weekly site inspections
Maintain and track:
Defect logs
Corrective action plans
Closure timelines with the operator
Escalate non-compliance or risks to Client management and Stakeholders where required
Oversee fitness programs, classes, and wellness initiatives
Review trainer:
Qualifications
Attendance
Performance and member engagement
Coordinate with operator on:
Program improvements
Seasonal or client-driven initiatives
Ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
