Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders

Manage and nurture relationships with media and strategic partners, including Turkish and international media, corporate partners, and sponsors

Act as the primary point of contact for partners on marketing-related deliverables, ensuring expectations, approvals, and deadlines are clearly managed

Proactively track, follow up, and close all partner and internal deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution

Support social media management (with or without agency), including content planning, copy alignment, visual asset management, and scheduling support.

Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across partner communications, social channels, and marketing materials

Required Skills

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, events, exhibitions, or agency environments

Turkish language skills, desired

Demonstrated experience managing media, community, or strategic partners and coordinating multi-stakeholder deliverables

Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Experience with social media content creation is highly desirable

Proven ability to write clear, professional, and persuasive business copy, social media content

Proactive, adaptable, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
