Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and absorption targets across all projects.
Manage and mentor sales teams, set KPIs, and ensure performance alignment with business goals.
Build strong broker and channel partner relationships to expand market reach and improve conversion rates.
Oversee pricing strategy, sales launches, and negotiation processes.
CRM & Customer Experience
Design and implement CRM systems to enhance lead management, forecasting, and customer lifecycle tracking.
Ensure seamless client experiences from first contact to handover and after-sales service.
Use data analytics to identify customer trends, retention opportunities, and satisfaction drivers.
Establish a customer loyalty and feedback ecosystem aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
Marketing & Brand Management
Supervise the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Supervise creative direction, media planning, and performance marketing to achieve qualified lead generation.
Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across communications, project launches, and PR engagements.
Leverage market intelligence to refine messaging, enhance visibility, and position Symbolic Developments as a leader in the UAE real estate market.
Strategic Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with leadership to shape business strategy, project positioning, and go-to-market timelines.
Collaborate with finance and project management teams to align sales targets with delivery schedules and financial forecasts.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within UAE real estate development or luxury property sectors.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Expertise in CRM systems and marketing analytics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational and analytical capabilities
