Job Description
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell residential, commercial, and off-plan properties developed by the company.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Ensure that lead generation campaigns by marketing team are successfully well utilized and converted to sales.
Regularly Visit the brokerage offices to understand their needs and brief them on the company projects.
Maintain a cordial relationship with brokers, brokerage firms and agents to brief them on the company and the projects.
Coordinate and liaise with the clients and finance department to ensure timely payment collections.
Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers.
Provide clients with detailed information on property features, prices, payment plans, and legal requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients and support them through the sales process from deal closure till project handover.
In reporting add a point about record keeping on the leads they have been assigned
Attend property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with marketing and post-sales departments to ensure seamless client service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and legal changes in UAE real estate laws.
Keeping abreast with developments/progress of the entire group and relaying this information where required for smoother customer acquisition.
Create weekly sales reports and participate in departmental meetings to ensure set targets are met.
Prepare and maintain accurate status/records of leads generated (self or assigned), sales activity, client interactions, and transactions.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (developer or brokerage side).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and the Dubai Land Department processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Hindi, Urdu language proficiency is a must.
Must have UAE driving license and own car.
