Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Front Desk

Act as the first point of contact and brand representative of the studio

Welcome clients warmly and ensure a professional, calm experience

Handle client queries, bookings, feedback, and concerns with discretion

Maintain confidentiality of client and studio information

Studio Operations

Manage class schedules, bookings, cancellations, and waitlists

Coordinate with teachers to ensure smooth class flow

Ensure studio readiness before sessions (rooms, props, ambiance, cleanliness)

Follow opening and closing procedures consistently

Payments, Packages & Retail

Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately

Confidently explain class packs, memberships, and services

Support basic sales and upselling when appropriate

Track daily sales and retail inventory

Admin & Systems

Use CRM systems, Excel sheets, and booking platforms efficiently

Maintain accurate client records and attendance logs

Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general admin tasks

Follow SOPs while being able to problem-solve independently

Communication & Digital Support

Manage WhatsApp, email, and phone communication professionally

Assist with basic social media tasks (stories, updates, responses)

Can use Canva

Support internal communication and client reminders

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year experience in reception or front desk role

Comfortable using computers, CRMs, Excel, and booking systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented

Presentable, reliable, and people-focused

Comfortable working in a wellness-focused, client-facing environment

Experience in wellness, fitness, yoga, or hospitality spaces

Familiarity with Mindbody, Class Pass, or similar platforms
