About Us

Innovations Global is a large, established staffing company with strong enterprise clients, deep recruitment expertise, and robust backend operations. While we successfully deliver large-scale staffing projects, we are now launching a new digital initiative to unlock short-term, on-demand staffing requirements that traditional models cannot efficiently serve.

 

The Opportunity

 

To build/implement a tech-enabled staffing platform that allows clients to:

  • Select job roles
  • Choose assignment duration (including 1-day / short-term work)
  • Place orders digitally via web/app
  • Track fulfillment, deployment, payroll, and invoicing in one system


This role will lead the end-to-end product vision and execution for this new business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for a digital staffing platform
  • Translate traditional staffing workflows into scalable digital journeys
  • Work closely with an external software development partner to:
    • Define requirements
    • Prioritize features
    • Oversee build and rollout
  • Design customer-facing (client & worker) platform journeys
  • Ensure seamless integration across:
    • Sourcing
    • Deployment
    • Time & attendance
    • Payroll
    • Billing & accounting
  • Drive commercial outcomes: revenue, margin, utilization, and scalability
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment, operations, finance, and sales teams


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6–12+ years experience as a Product Manager / Product Lead
  • Direct experience in:
    • Staffing
    • Workforce platforms
    • On-demand labor marketplaces
    • Gig / flexible workforce solutions
  • Has participated in or led a digital transformation of a staffing or workforce business
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Staffing unit economics
    • Fulfillment challenges
    • Compliance & payroll realities
  • Able to bridge business, operations, and technology
  • Experience working with outsourced or third-party development teams

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Exposure to high-volume or short-duration staffing models
