Ground Operations Manager / Head of Ground Operations

Role Overview

The Ground Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring flawless on-site delivery of a large workforce, scaling to 10,000+ laborers. The role focuses on workforce mobilization, attendance, on time site presence and client relationship management, ensuring all manpower is deployed on time, fully compliant and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily deployment and on-site presence of currently ~5000+ workers across client locations.
• Build scalable operational processes to support growth to 10,000+ workforce.
• Own workforce attendance, punctuality and site readiness.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring service delivery, issue resolution and relationship continuity.
• Identify delivery gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with the Transport Manager to ensure smooth workforce movement without direct reporting lines.
• Lead ground operations teams, supervisors and site coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor, safety and operational standards.

Experience & Profile

• 10+ years in high-volume operations, manpower services, facilities management or logistics.
• Proven experience managing 10,000+ workforce at scale.
• Strong client-facing and operational leadership skills.
• Experience operating in the UAE
