Job Description: Barista cum Cashier

Position: Barista cum Cashier
Location:  Dammam
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Reports To: Store Supervisor / Outlet Manager

Local hire inside KSA is a Must

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a friendly, welcoming experience for all customers.
• Take customer orders clearly and efficiently, both dine-in and takeaway.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, counter area, and equipment.
• Refill stock, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOP standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet when required.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or Cashier preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in café, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
