Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior leadership
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence and communications
Support personal and family-related coordination (appointments, events, day-to-day needs)
Track priorities, follow up on actions, and support ad-hoc projects as required
Required Skills
10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives / CXOs
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preference for candidates who demonstrate career stability rather than frequent job changes
