Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the Executive Director and selected staff, including, but not limited to travel arrangements, reimbursement support, calendar operations, and others
Provide support for annual budget process
Support contract preparation and execution of external engagements for researchers and collaborators
Provide support for procurement and chartfield management
Provide support for event planning, including, but not limited to speakers’ travel and accommodation, venue management, event marketing
Serve as liaison to all Client’s admin functions
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Used to work with external stakeholders, rolling out of project deliverables to high-profile stakeholders
Excellent time management
Superior organizational abilities
Excellent stakeholder management, and ability to work with executive-level colleagues
Prior knowledge of Concur, Zoom, Teams, Webex, Outlook agenda, Office
