Job Summary:
The Port Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily port operations, including cargo handling, loading/unloading activities, equipment operation, and workforce management. The role ensures safe, efficient, and timely execution of all port activities in compliance with company policies and port regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Supervision

Supervise loading and unloading of cargo from vessels, trucks, and containers.

Coordinate stevedores, crane operators, forklift drivers, and other port workers.

Ensure proper cargo stacking, storage, and documentation.

Monitor turnaround time of vessels and ensure smooth operations.
2. Workforce Management
