Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on the following systems:
• Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled)
• Fresh Handling Units (FHU)
• Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU)
• Split Air Conditioning Units
• Split Ducted AC Units
• Inspect compressors, motors, fans, pumps, coils, belts, filters, valves, and controls.
• Identify refrigerant leaks, carry out gas charging, pressure testing, and system balancing.
• Perform electrical checks including control wiring, contactors, relays, sensors, and thermostats.
• Ensure proper airflow, temperature control, and energy efficiency of systems.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Respond to breakdown calls and emergency maintenance when required.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for smooth execution of works.
• Provide technical support and guidance to helpers or junior technicians when required.
• Help other technicians and staff as and when required at sites
• Have good understanding of Electrical works.
