Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead client onboarding and implementation from contract signature through go live.

Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews.

Monitor account health, manage renewals, and support expansion opportunities.

Deliver training sessions and ensure clients maximise platform value.

Track customer metrics and maintain accurate CRM records.

Escalate and manage resolution of operational or technical issues.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.

Experience working with B2B clients. SaaS experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong organisational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
