Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
Take off quantities from drawings and prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
Analyze project risks and propose cost-effective alternatives or value engineering options.
Prepare cost comparison sheets and pricing summaries.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment on pricing and scope.
Participate in tender review meetings and provide necessary clarification to management.
Update estimation databases and maintain historical cost data for future reference.
Ensure estimates comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
Required Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
