Responsibilities

Develop and implement sustainability strategies across factory and office operations
Drive initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation
Monitor and track sustainability KPIs (energy per unit, emissions, water usage, etc.)
Lead efforts for environmental compliance and sustainability certifications
Liaise with government bodies, NGOs, and industry groups on sustainability initiatives
Promote sustainability awareness and train employees on best practices
Represent the organization in sustainability forums and industry events

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field
2–5 years of experience in sustainability / environmental roles within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of:
- Environmental regulations
- Sustainability practices (energy, water, waste management)
Experience in driving sustainability initiatives and reporting KPIs
Ability to engage and influence teams on sustainability practices
Strong coordination skills with government authorities and external stakeholders
