Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction activities related to offshore Oil & Gas facilities, ensuring alignment with project scope and engineering deliverables.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth transition from design to construction phases.

Ensure that construction activities comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international HSE regulations.

Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Monitor construction progress and provide regular reports to project management and client representatives.

Identify construction risks, technical issues, and potential delays, implementing mitigation strategies where required.

Ensure strict compliance with HSE procedures, work permits, and safety regulations on site.

Support planning and scheduling activities, ensuring construction milestones are achieved.

Required Skills

Engineering Degree.

15+ years of professional experience, mainly in offshore Oil & Gas projects.

Proven experience in construction management roles for offshore facilities.

Previous ADNOC project experience is required.

Strong leadership and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
