Consultant ENT (Western Qualified)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and Western-qualified Consultant (ENT) to join our medical team. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT disorders, including:
Hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders
Sinus and nasal conditions
Voice and swallowing disorders
Head and neck diseases
Perform advanced ENT surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
Endoscopic sinus surgery
Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
Tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy
Head and neck surgeries
Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in ENT

Qualifications & Requirements

MBBS or equivalent
Board certification in ENT/Otolaryngology from a recognized Western board, such as:
American Board of Otolaryngology
FRCS (UK/Ireland)
Royal College certifications (Canada, Australia, etc.)
Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in Country
Minimum 10 to 15 years of post-specialization experience
