Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all offshore structural engineering activities during the FEED phase.

Develop and review structural design deliverables including calculations, reports, general arrangement drawings, and 3D models.

Ensure all structural designs comply with ADNOC standards, international codes, and project specifications.

Perform and supervise structural analysis for offshore structures (e.g., jackets, decks, topsides, modules).

Interface with multidisciplinary teams (piping, mechanical, process, E&I) to ensure integrated and clash-free design.

Participate in 3D model reviews and clash detection activities (e.g., Navisworks).

Ensure constructability, installation, and maintainability considerations are incorporated into the design.

Coordinate with project management to meet engineering schedules and milestones.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the structural team and support issue resolution.

Required Skills

Engineering Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

15+ years of professional experience, mainly in offshore Oil & Gas projects.

Proven experience in lead structural engineering roles during FEED/EPC phases.

Strong experience in offshore structures design (jackets, topsides, modules).

Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.

Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SACS, STAAD, SESAM or equivalent).

Familiarity with 3D model review tools (e.g., Navisworks).

Strong leadership and coordination skills.
