Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, and documentation
Draft, format, and manage professional correspondence and communications
Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems (digital & physical)
Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and follow-up action trackers
Track deadlines related to Board resolutions, investors, and legal matters
Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and reimbursements
Support shareholder, regulator, and VIP engagements
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely information flow
Required Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3–5 years’ experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles
Experience in financial services or executive offices preferred
Excellent English communication (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Immediate joining is advantage
