Job Description
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting
Develop annual budgets for each contract and service line
Prepare financial forecasts and update them regularly
Monitor actual performance vs budget and identify variances
Support strategic financial planning for contract optimization
P&L Management
Own and manage project-level Profit & Loss (P&L)
Analyze revenue streams across FM, PM, security, and projects
Identify risks and opportunities impacting profitability
Provide recommendations to improve margins
Revenue & Invoicing
Manage client invoicing process (monthly, milestone-based, variations)
Ensure invoicing aligns with contract terms and SLAs
Track variation orders, additional works, and claims
Ensure timely submission and accuracy of invoices
Cost Control & Expense Monitoring
Monitor all operational costs, including manpower, materials, and subcontractors
Validate and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices
Track cost allocation per service (FM, PM, fit-out, etc.)
Identify cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencies
Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow
Track accounts receivable (AR) and aging reports
Follow up on collections and outstanding payments
Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Coordinate with clients on payment issues
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial reports including:
P&L statements
Variance analysis
KPI dashboards
Provide clear financial insights to management
Support management decision-making with data-driven analysis
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Maintain proper documentation for audits
Support internal and external audit processes
Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements
Contract & Commercial Support
Review contract terms related to payment, penalties, and financial obligations
Support claims, variations, and commercial negotiations
Work closely with the Contract Manager on financial matters

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance
Experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Property Management
Strong background in project accounting and P&L management
UAE experience preferred.
Advanced financial analysis and reporting
Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder management
