· Implement comprehensive HR operations optimization strategies that align with VERSOS long-term business goals and regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless integration across all HR functions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. · Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. · Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices, and are communicated effectively to all employees. · Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives. |

JOB REQUIREMENTS |

Professional Experience |

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations management, including strategy development and execution. · Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong communication and change management skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and steer HR operations initiatives. · Experience in compliance, risk management, and process optimization within a large organization, focusing on data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment with business goals. · Hands-on experience in modern HCM and ATS implementation. |
