Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement, and overall FEED activities.
Monitor project progress and identify deviations from the baseline schedule.
Prepare and update look-ahead plans, progress reports, and schedule forecasts.
Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays or risks impacting project timelines.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines and project management to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Support project control activities including progress measurement and reporting.
Interface with the Client to provide schedule updates in line with ADNOC project requirements.
Assist in the development of recovery plans and mitigation strategies when delays occur.
Ensure all planning activities are aligned with project execution strategy and contractual requirements.
Required Skills
Engineering Degree or equivalent.
8-15 years of professional experience, mainly in offshore Oil & Gas projects.
Proven experience in planning and scheduling during FEED/EPC phases.
Strong proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
