Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the project cost control system, ensuring accurate tracking of budgets, commitments, and expenditures.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify variances.
Prepare and update cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Support the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates during the FEED phase.
Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize project performance.
Coordinate with planning and project controls teams to ensure alignment between cost and schedule.
Interface with the Client to provide cost updates in line with ADNOC project requirements.
Support the evaluation of variations, change orders, and claims from a cost perspective.
Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, and financial controls.
Required Skills
Engineering Degree, Finance, or equivalent.
10–15 years of professional experience, mainly in offshore Oil & Gas projects.
Proven experience in cost control during FEED/EPC phases.
Strong knowledge of cost control systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Excel advanced level).
Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
