Clinical Psychologist

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and qualified Clinical Psychologists (Forensic) to join our growing mental health services team. The role will primarily focus on delivering high-quality psychological care to an Emirati population (18+), with a strong preference for Arabic-speaking professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for adult patients (18+)

Deliver culturally sensitive care tailored to the Emirati population

Manage a diverse caseload including complex mental health conditions

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Contribute to service development and new project initiatives

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

Adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Additional Responsibilities (Forensic – as applicable):

Provide services within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, where required

Conduct risk assessments and provide intervention in forensic-related cases

Support development of specialized programs for forensic populations

Essential Requirements:

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification

Valid professional license/eligibility to practice in the UAE (DHA/DOH/MOH)

Proven experience working with adult mental health populations

Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Arabic (preferred)

Experience working with Emirati or Middle Eastern populations

Experience in forensic psychology
