Job Description

Responsibilities:

To positively participate in the outputs of the IT Department, in accordance with the Output Specification of the Project Agreement, without service penalty for KPI failure, Service Performance Shortfall or Unavailability Events.

Configure and manage Timetabling applications and system integration.

Provide dashboard and reports using Power BI.

Creating, configuring, and managing custom APIs and middleware solutions to facilitate system integration and workflow enhancements.

Streamlining business processes by automating communication between internal applications.

Monitoring integrations to ensure uptime, troubleshooting, and repairing API connection failures.

Installing, configuring, and testing new software versions or modules.

Troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT applications

Configuring, Managing and Troubleshoot IT application databases.

Support Projects - IT related UAEU variations, Operational Excellence and internal projects.

To contribute Operational Excellence projects. Develop an application using power apps (low code / no code) as part of IT digitalization.

Support Users requests if required.

Upgrades applications by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.

Handle on-call duties on a regular scheduled basis

Required Skills

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, must have a minimum of 5 years’ previous software and database development duties and must have a good understanding of the requirements of IT Department methodology.

Should be graduated with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related degree or equivalent.

Proficient in programming languages C#, Python, .Net. Proficient in Database Skills SQL & Oracle.

Should be Microsoft Certified Developer and Microsoft Database Administrator

Respond to customer service-related issues promptly.

Undertake testing and document results for systems and databases.

The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with other people.

Ability to communicate well at all levels.

Ability to maintain complex databases.

Ability to attend to work in case of emergencies and disaster cases.

Train and instruct the customer on the proper use of the applications.
