Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and manage front desk operations
  • Handle guest appointments, bookings, and inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails)
  • Provide information about services, packages, and promotions to drive sales and upselling
  • Maintain accurate records of guest details, appointments, and transactions
  • Coordinate with therapists and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling (if required)
  • Ensure reception area is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, guest relations, or front desk roles
  • Experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness industry is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Good sales and upselling ability
  • Presentable with a pleasant and professional personality
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / booking systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
