Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and manage front desk operations
- Handle guest appointments, bookings, and inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails)
- Provide information about services, packages, and promotions to drive sales and upselling
- Maintain accurate records of guest details, appointments, and transactions
- Coordinate with therapists and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling (if required)
- Ensure reception area is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, guest relations, or front desk roles
- Experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good sales and upselling ability
- Presentable with a pleasant and professional personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / booking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
