Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations across retail showrooms, warehouses, and manufacturing units
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for both white-collar and blue-collar employees
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels across retail and production facilities
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and HR documentation
  • Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits administration
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, overtime, and end-of-service benefits
  • Coordinate with finance and external stakeholders as required
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems across teams
  • Drive training and development initiatives to improve productivity and retention
  • Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Lead implementation and optimization of HRMS/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or equivalent)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports and analytics
  • Drive automation and process efficiency within HR operations
  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
  • Ensure consistency in HR practices across all business units
  • Continuously improve HR processes and employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, with exposure to both retail and factory/labor workforce management
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regulatory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems
  • Experience managing payroll, employee benefits, and HR administration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage a diverse, multi-location workforce
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, furniture, or FMCG sectors preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, visa processing, and PRO coordination in the UAE
  • Experience handling large teams across multiple locations is an advantage
